# Quit It vs A New Dawn

The clearest difference is update cadence: A New Dawn at every 2 days against Quit It's every 4 days. Quit It's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quit It sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and A New Dawn sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Quit It ships an update every 4 days, A New Dawn every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
