# Flip Clock Pro vs Big Digital Clock

The clearest difference is rating: Flip Clock Pro at 5.0 against Big Digital Clock's 4.5. Big Digital Clock's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 4 months) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flip Clock Pro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.29 per month and Big Digital Clock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flip Clock Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 4 respectively.

Flip Clock Pro ships an update every 4 months, Big Digital Clock every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
