Learning to read sheet music is the biggest hurdle in playing piano. ColorCoded helps you get past it. Import any piece of sheet music and see every note in color, instantly making the page easier to read. Every note is colored by its pitch, so you can tell at a glance what you're looking at without second-guessing the staff. Whether it's a piece your teacher assigned, a page from your method book, or something you picked up at the music store, ColorCoded can read it. ColorCoded also provides fingering suggestions to help you find comfortable hand positions as you learn. They work best on beginner and intermediate pieces, giving you a helpful starting point so you're not figuring out every finger from scratch. Not sure where to start? Browse the public library, a growing collection of beginner and intermediate pieces, already analyzed and ready to study. Open a piece, see the colors, try the fingerings. No importing required. For teachers: ColorCoded works as a practice companion between lessons. Assign a piece, and your student can study it with color-coded notes and fingering guidance before they sit down with you. It reinforces note reading and builds good habits from day one. Built by a pianist and engineer who believes technology should make music more accessible, not more complicated.
