# FateAlert vs Eastro

The clearest difference is update cadence: Eastro at every 4 days against FateAlert's every 5 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FateAlert sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Eastro sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FateAlert ships an update every 5 weeks, Eastro every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
