# MyDay vs JotScreen

The clearest difference is update cadence: MyDay at every 2 weeks against JotScreen's every 6 weeks. MyDay also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyDay sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and JotScreen sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MyDay ships an update every 2 weeks, JotScreen every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
