# CoreLift｜Kegel Trainer vs Next Set

The clearest difference is update cadence: CoreLift｜Kegel Trainer at every 4 days against Next Set's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CoreLift｜Kegel Trainer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Next Set sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CoreLift｜Kegel Trainer ships an update every 4 days, Next Set every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 10, 2026 and September 13, 2026 respectively.
