# SISU vs BioScore

The clearest difference is update cadence: BioScore at every 3 days against SISU's fortnightly. BioScore also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SISU sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and BioScore sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $17.90 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SISU ships an update fortnightly, BioScore every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
