# Pomodora vs 168 Planner

The clearest difference is ads: Pomodora at none against 168 Planner's shown. 168 Planner's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pomodora sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and 168 Planner sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pomodora ships an update every 2 weeks, 168 Planner daily. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
