# Intermit vs Healthify Meals

The clearest difference is update cadence: Healthify Meals at weekly against Intermit's monthly. Intermit's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intermit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Healthify Meals sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Intermit ships an update monthly, Healthify Meals weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
