# Birthday Reminder vs Until

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Until at 15.0 against Birthday Reminder's 26.5. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Birthday Reminder sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per year and Until sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
