# TempoReps vs NotWell

The clearest difference is update cadence: TempoReps at every 4 days against NotWell's every 9 days. NotWell's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TempoReps sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and NotWell sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TempoReps ships an update every 4 days, NotWell every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
