# Desk Remote vs MultiLink

The clearest difference is update cadence: MultiLink at every 10 days against Desk Remote's every 2 months. MultiLink also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Desk Remote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and MultiLink sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Desk Remote ships an update every 2 months, MultiLink every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
