# QuickClaw vs Hooks

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Hooks at 100% against QuickClaw's 44%. Hooks also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.5) and ads (none vs shown). QuickClaw's advantage is ratings volume (24 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 8 days). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QuickClaw sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Hooks sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hooks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QuickClaw has 24 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 44% of QuickClaw's written reviews are positive against 100% of Hooks's.

QuickClaw ships an update every 3 days, Hooks every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
