# GamelyTracker vs Backlogged

The clearest difference is review sentiment: GamelyTracker at 100% against Backlogged's 33%. GamelyTracker also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and ads (none vs shown). Backlogged's advantage is ratings volume (52 vs 3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GamelyTracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Backlogged sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GamelyTracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Backlogged has 52 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of GamelyTracker's written reviews are positive against 33% of Backlogged's.

GamelyTracker ships an update monthly, Backlogged fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
