# Spone AI vs Lanthano

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lanthano at every 3 days against Spone AI's fortnightly. Lanthano also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Spone AI sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Lanthano sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Spone AI ships an update fortnightly, Lanthano every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
