# Afterthought vs Timmio

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Timmio at 11 against Afterthought's 1. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Afterthought sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Timmio sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Afterthought against 4.9 for Timmio. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Timmio has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Afterthought ships an update every 5 days, Timmio every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
