# Iris vs Plivot

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Iris at 15.1 against Plivot's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Iris sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Plivot sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Iris ships an update fortnightly, Plivot every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
