# SplitMate vs GetEven App

The clearest difference is ads: SplitMate at none against GetEven App's shown. GetEven App's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SplitMate ships an update fortnightly, GetEven App every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
