# Work Log vs ShiftNote

The clearest difference is ads: ShiftNote at none against Work Log's shown. ShiftNote also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Work Log sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and ShiftNote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
