# DayDot vs Gather

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: DayDot at 17.6 against Gather's 26.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DayDot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Gather sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
