# Skift vs Home Inventory

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Home Inventory at none against Skift's 6. Skift's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Skift ships an update every 3 weeks, Home Inventory every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
