# Beatrunner Pro vs Velapp

The clearest difference is ads: Beatrunner Pro at none against Velapp's shown. Velapp's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beatrunner Pro sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Velapp sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beatrunner Pro ships an update every 2 weeks, Velapp every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
