# Steppy vs Steppet

The clearest difference is update cadence: Steppet at every 6 days against Steppy's every 7 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Steppy sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Steppet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Steppy ships an update every 7 months, Steppet every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
