# Gridz vs Flipzo

The clearest difference is rating: Flipzo at 4.3 against Gridz's 3.7. Flipzo also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Gridz's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gridz sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $30.00 per month and Flipzo sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flipzo holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 13 respectively.

Gridz ships an update every 2 weeks, Flipzo every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
