# Tally Rule vs ScrollOut

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tally Rule at every 4 days against ScrollOut's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tally Rule sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ScrollOut sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tally Rule ships an update every 4 days, ScrollOut fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
