# Tally Rule vs Progress

The clearest difference is device support: Tally Rule at 3 against Progress's 1. On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tally Rule sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Progress sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
