Cerebro Keyboard
Read full descriptionHide full description
Cerebro Keyboard is an AI voice keyboard for iPhone: speech to text right where you type. Tap the orb, speak normally, and your words appear in the text field. If you like, AI rewrites it first: in another tone, as a list or an email, or in another language. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install Cerebro Keyboard and follow the setup in the app: add the Cerebro keyboard in Settings and turn on "Allow Full Access". 2. In the app you're typing in, switch to the Cerebro keyboard with the globe key. It has no letter keys; to type, the globe key takes you back. 3. Tap the orb and speak. The first time, Cerebro opens for a moment to start the microphone, because iOS doesn't let keyboards use it. Swipe back to your app and keep talking. 4. Tap the orb again when you're done, and your text is typed in. FEATURES โข Works in almost any app โ Messages, WhatsApp, Mail, Notes, Slack and most others. In password fields iOS always switches to its own keyboard, and some apps don't allow third-party keyboards. โข Mic ready for 10 minutes โ After each dictation, the next one starts right in the keyboard; once the 10 minutes are up, Cerebro opens for a moment again. iOS shows the orange dot while it's ready, but audio is only recorded and sent when you tap the orb. โข Up to 2 minutes per dictation, 10 with Pro โ Enough for a long message or a whole meeting. โข Live Activity โ Follow, stop or cancel your dictation in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen. โข AI modes โ Pick a mode before you speak or right after a dictation, and your text is rewritten; "Original" brings back your words. Built in: Professional, Concise, Casual, List (bullet points or a to-do list), Email (ready to send), Clean (no swear words) and Translate, into any of 30 languages. Or write your own prompt. โข Community โ Modes by people who use Cerebro, like Pirate and Shakespeare, credited to their authors. We check each one before it is published; report or hide any you don't want. Submit your own with "Share with the community". โข Custom dictionary โ Add names and terms that often get misheard, so Cerebro spells them right. โข 11 languages โ Cerebro detects the language you speak. The app itself speaks English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil). PRIVACY What you dictate is processed by AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic. Don't dictate passwords, card numbers, health information or anything else confidential. Your recording goes through our server in Germany and OpenRouter to OpenAI and is deleted right after transcription. Your transcripts are stored only on your iPhone. Text you send to an AI mode goes to Claude by Anthropic, on servers that keep nothing. Cerebro doesn't log your keystrokes, and there is no account to create. PRICING Cerebro Keyboard is free with 20 transcriptions a month. Cerebro Pro gives you unlimited transcriptions of up to 10 minutes each, billed monthly or yearly; the app shows your country's price before you buy. Cerebro Keyboard needs an iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later. The yearly plan starts with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers. When the trial ends, the yearly subscription begins and is charged automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cerebro Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. HushTalk

HushTalk is a private dictation keyboard for iPhone. Use it anywhere iOS shows a text field. Switch to the HushTalk keyboard, tap the mic, speak, tap stop, and Hush Talk inserts the transcript into the field you were already using. HushTalk is built around a simple privacy boundary: the keyboard extension never records audio, and dictation is transcribed locally on your iPhone. Because iOS does not allow third-party keyboard extensions to access the microphone directly, the main Hush Talk app owns the real microphone session while the keyboard sends start and stop commands through Apple's App Group system. Features - Voice typing from the HushTalk keyboard in iOS text fields. - Local speech-to-text on iPhone after the one-time speech model download. - Works across apps that support custom keyboards and text input. - Clear keyboard status for ready, recording, transcribing, inserted, and failed states. - No accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. - No server-side transcription. How it works 1. Install HushTalk. 2. Enable the HushTalk keyboard in Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard. 3. Turn on Allow Full Access so the keyboard and app can share dictation state through the App Group. 4. Open HushTalk once and finish setup. 5. Return to any text field, switch to the HushTalk keyboard, tap the mic, speak, then tap stop. HushTalk is for people who want fast voice typing across apps while keeping speech processing on their own iPhone.
