# MilkTimer vs Baobei

The clearest difference is update cadence: Baobei at every 2 days against MilkTimer's every 6 months. Baobei also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MilkTimer ships an update every 6 months, Baobei every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
