# Work Notes vs Decade

The clearest difference is update cadence: Decade at daily against Work Notes's fortnightly. Decade also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Work Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Decade sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Work Notes ships an update fortnightly, Decade daily. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
