# N vs Lapsed

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lapsed at every 2 days against N's every 8 months. Lapsed also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. N sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lapsed sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

N ships an update every 8 months, Lapsed every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
