# FocusedFasting vs Lyte

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lyte at every 3 days against FocusedFasting's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusedFasting sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Lyte sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FocusedFasting ships an update weekly, Lyte every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
