Teach Space helps tutors and teachers organize lessons and work with their students. Invite students and, when needed, parents to access schedules, homework, materials, and payment records through their own accounts. STUDENT AND PARENT ACCOUNTS Students can see upcoming lessons, open materials, and work on homework. Parents can check their child's schedule, assignments, and payment records. Students and families can find lesson information themselves, while you keep track of past lessons and completed assignments. HOMEWORK: FROM SUBMISSION TO FEEDBACK Assign homework and receive students' answers in the app. Students can work on a whiteboard or attach a photo, scan, or file, then submit their work for review. Leave comments, discuss answers, and request revisions. Keep the assignment, the student's work, and your feedback together. SHARED SCHEDULES AND LESSON HISTORY Plan individual or group lessons and set a recurring schedule. Lessons are created automatically, and students and parents can check when the next session is scheduled. Return to past lesson records to review what was covered. WORK TOGETHER ON A WHITEBOARD Draw, explore ideas, and work through assignments with your student on a shared whiteboard in real time. Use it during an in-person lesson or alongside a call in your preferred service. Voice and video calls take place outside Teach Space. TRACK PAYMENTS FOR LESSONS Record lesson payments received outside the app. Students or parents can report a payment they have already made, and you confirm receipt. Record received prepayments and have the balance applied to completed lessons automatically. Track paid and unpaid lessons, check balances, and export invoices and reports. Teach Space keeps payment records; money for lessons is transferred outside the app. Start with one student: invite them to Teach Space, add a schedule, and give them their first homework assignment.
