# Timezone Converter vs PrepperApp

The clearest difference is update cadence: PrepperApp at every 2 days against Timezone Converter's monthly. PrepperApp also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timezone Converter sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and PrepperApp sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timezone Converter ships an update monthly, PrepperApp every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
