# Pocket Novels vs AuthorAZ

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Pocket Novels at 13.0 against AuthorAZ's 16.4. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pocket Novels sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and AuthorAZ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
