# OverLog vs 1RM

The clearest difference is ads: OverLog at none against 1RM's shown. 1RM's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OverLog sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and 1RM sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OverLog ships an update fortnightly, 1RM every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
