# FlickPicker vs TV Show Tracker

The clearest difference is rating: TV Show Tracker at 4.4 against FlickPicker's 3.3. TV Show Tracker also leads on ratings volume (376 vs 3). FlickPicker's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 81%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlickPicker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TV Show Tracker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TV Show Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TV Show Tracker has 376 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of FlickPicker's written reviews are positive against 81% of TV Show Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FlickPicker ships an update every 3 days, TV Show Tracker every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
