# RepReel vs TrainingOS

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TrainingOS at none against RepReel's 3. TrainingOS also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). RepReel's advantage is ratings volume (18 vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RepReel sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. TrainingOS asks for nothing beyond the download.

TrainingOS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RepReel has 18 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 88% of RepReel's written reviews are positive against 100% of TrainingOS's.

RepReel ships an update monthly, TrainingOS every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
