# Remi vs Caffeinated Notes

The clearest difference is update cadence: Remi at every 9 days against Caffeinated Notes's every 3 weeks. Caffeinated Notes's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Remi sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Caffeinated Notes sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Remi ships an update every 9 days, Caffeinated Notes every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
