# LiftCortex vs SpotFit

The clearest difference is update cadence: LiftCortex at every 5 days against SpotFit's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LiftCortex sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SpotFit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LiftCortex ships an update every 5 days, SpotFit fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
