# Focus Train vs Deep Focus Flight

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Focus Train at 100% against Deep Focus Flight's 50%. Deep Focus Flight's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (13 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Train sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Deep Focus Flight sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Deep Focus Flight holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 13 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Focus Train's written reviews are positive against 50% of Deep Focus Flight's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Focus Train ships an update every 2 weeks, Deep Focus Flight weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
