# Focus Train vs Fly Into Focus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Focus Train at 100% against Fly Into Focus's 50%. Fly Into Focus's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (15 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Train sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Fly Into Focus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fly Into Focus holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fly Into Focus has 15 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Focus Train's written reviews are positive against 50% of Fly Into Focus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Focus Train ships an update every 2 weeks, Fly Into Focus weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
