# Arise vs Bite

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bite at 94% against Arise's 0%. Bite also leads on rating (4.8 vs 2.0) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months). Arise's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Arise sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Bite sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
