# Tuff vs TotalBodyIQ

The clearest difference is update cadence: TotalBodyIQ at weekly against Tuff's monthly. TotalBodyIQ also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tuff sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and TotalBodyIQ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tuff ships an update monthly, TotalBodyIQ weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
