# Buena Vida vs Splitz Workouts

The clearest difference is monetization model: Splitz Workouts at free against Buena Vida's free with in-app purchases. Buena Vida's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.
