# JFIT Connect vs Trainable Trainer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Trainable Trainer at every 2 weeks against JFIT Connect's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. JFIT Connect sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $79.99 per month and Trainable Trainer sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

JFIT Connect ships an update every 2 months, Trainable Trainer every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
