# Clock vs Floatory

The clearest difference is rating: Floatory at 5.0 against Clock's 3.4. Floatory also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). Clock's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.3). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clock sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Floatory sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Floatory holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 3 respectively.

Clock ships an update every 2 months, Floatory every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
