# Twidddle vs Echovault

The clearest difference is monetization model: Twidddle at free against Echovault's free with in-app purchases. Echovault's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Twidddle sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Echovault sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $12.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Twidddle against 5.0 for Echovault. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 3 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Twidddle ships an update every 3 months, Echovault monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
