# DeenNotes vs Crescently

The clearest difference is ratings volume: DeenNotes at 5 against Crescently's 1. Crescently's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DeenNotes sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Crescently sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $39.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for DeenNotes against 5.0 for Crescently. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DeenNotes has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
