# Remio vs Friend Kit

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Friend Kit at 15.0 against Remio's 18.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Remio sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Friend Kit sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
