# Cloud Video Player vs Sparklux Go

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sparklux Go at every 3 days against Cloud Video Player's weekly. Cloud Video Player's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cloud Video Player sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Sparklux Go sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cloud Video Player ships an update weekly, Sparklux Go every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
